TOUCHING/HUGGING/KISSING
Can someone clarify if the above is necessary/appropriate when meeting each other especially with opposite gender? Whenever there is khushiali/idd or new year - the above has to be there.<BR>Some people are uncomfortable, but still tolerate this kind of act, thinking that we should not insult, but such act goes on and on. Please advise how I should tell them to stop. Afterall we are Muslims and this is not happending in other Muslims Com. thanks
"This is not happening in other Muslim Com"
These kind of things happens all the time with other "Muslim Community"
I see People from Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Jews, Italian etc. Always hugging and kissing each other no matter what gender they are. (Out of celebration that is)
If you don't know someone and he/she kisses you, touches you or even hugs you then one might feel uncomfortable. But, if you know them, then what's the problem?
We are all Brothers and Sisters and when we touch, kiss or hug someone, we do it out happiness, love or celebrations. But if you think that person is doing it out of lust then be up front with him and tell them you're not comfortable.
