There are websites where you can search job by region/category/specialty. There you can post your resume and there are employers who regularly check these websites and if they have any opennings, they as well post them there. Here are some of them.

And of course, if someone has a contact with a company where there's an openning in your field of specialty, then that would be your best bet.
