Hazrat Abbas Minbar

Do any one know why Hazrat Abbas Minbar (or mimbar) was made in Dongri Jamat Khana which is also Darkhana Jamat khana.

I have heard many times like Imam has said not to remove it as jo aaj yahan neechay aaya hai wo kal uppar bhi jayega but do any one know why it was established there?

I asked this question with many people that why a place of twelever shias was made on ground floor of Jamat Khana but I not got a suitable reply. If any knows about its background then kindly do share.
