Hello my Isamaili Jamaat...I am Guldasta K. from Tajikistan Pamir l want study short course but unfortunately l can't paid for my study. . I am writing with a hope to recieve a kindly respond from someone, who is engaged in philanthropy. I am having hard time affording my education cost.
