BHAMAR GUFA UPAR DEKHANTA
Bhamar Gufa is the spot at the forehead between the eyelids. In olden days our Pirs would give techniques about best ways to practice concentration. One of the methods was to focus at Bhamar Gufa. There the first supra-sensory experience would occur and light would be experienced.
At present MHI does not prescribe a method except to concentrate upon bol or any other exalted word and light can be experienced even in the heart. What matters is the experience of profound peace that is everlasting, that results.
