hi does anyone know where to obtain darbar passes in toronto - all it says is "the celebration site" - where is this?

You can pick up your registration cards @ DIRECT ENERGY BUILDING CNE GROUNDS FROM WED NOV 19 onwards
This the celebration site until Friday
