We often read this sentence in our ginan" BAR KALA SURAJ ANE CHHOL KALA CHANDRA" and it was also mentioned in our old Du'a that there are 12 kala** (tacts) of Sun and 16 kala** ( tacts) of moon as per many pirs.

Below are the names of these tacts of sun and moon.

Name of 12 sun's tacts (kala):-

1, TAPINI, 2, TAAPINI, 3 ,DHRUMA, 4, MARICHI, 5, JWALINI, 6, RUCHI,
7, SUKSHAMANA, 8, BHOGDA, 9, VISHWA, 10, BODHINI, 11, DHARINI AND12, KSHMA.

Names of moon's 16 tacts (Kal:-

1, AMRUTA, 2 MANADA, 3 PUSHPA, 4, PUSHTI, 5, TUSHTI, 6, DHRUTI, 7, SHASHNI 8, ( ** ),9, CHANDRIKA, 10, KAANTI, 11, JYOTSANA, 12, SHREE, 13, PRITI, 14, ANGADA, 15, PURNA, AND 16, PURNAMRUTA.

According one waez of Abu Ali there are 4 Kala in possession of Mukhis and Kamadias in Gat, can any one name of these 4 kala?

** Note:- Name of 8th kala of moon I can not find and I can not find appropriate English word for 'KALA' so I use tact here if someone know better word for 'KALA" and know the name of 8th kala of moon please let Ismaili.net readers know.)

Thanks for your efforts Samir,

http://hindujagaran.org/vedicreserve/Ta ... ctices.pdf

But the link provided above should not be put in this website, I do not discourage you but the this link is not appropriate to put in Ismaili.net website, why? the reason is very simple it may be ok for some but it may be not for other readers because it is very hard to digest, it is related to different mantras and magics like GAYANTRI MANTRA & BLACK MAGIC its also teach how to chant 'OM' and other different mantra and worship various Hindu Deities. First of all we ismaili do not believe in any Hindu deities or in any Mantra, Tantra or Yantra, we should stay away from this kind practices,it is always harmful to every one after some time WE HAVE OUR OWN "BOL' received from mowla bapa and this is the only bol we should recite for our spiritual progress and for our worldly problems we should recite tasbihats, we have many Tasbihats we should recite from them and stay away mantra, tantra and yantra.

Samir, the second link is great thanks for sharing with us. As I wrote above I do not discourage you but only I draw your attention.

I will urge Admin to look above link and make decision, which contain some inappropriate mantras and picture of various Hindu deities

Agakhani bhai, YAM AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVISE

I am also not believe in any TANTRA MANTRA OR JANTRA MANTRA but sharing KNOWLEDGE, KNOWLEDGE AND ONLY KNOWLEDGE

The Sun rules our soul and the Moon rules our mind. These two planets cause the
lunar phases. According to Rishi Parashara, the Avatara of Lord Rama is from the
Sun and that of Krishna is from the Moon. Indian mythology accords the status of a
Devata to Sun and Moon in the celestial court of Lord Indra. The moon is one of
the most important planets in astrology. the following is the sp iritual and cosmic significance of the phases of
the moon.
The Moon has 16 kalas, or phases. Out of these 15 are visible to us and the 16th is
beyond our visibility. The 16 kalas are: 1.Amrita, 2.Manada, 3.Poosha, 4.Tusthi,
5.Pusthi, 6.Rati, 7.Dhruti, 8.Sasichini, 9.Chandrika, 10.Kanta, 11.Jyostna,
12.Shree, 13.Preeti, 14.Angada, 15.Poorna and 16.Poornamruta.
These 16 kalas are ruled by the 16 Nitya Devis. They are called Shodasa Nityas.
They are: 1.Maha Tripura Sundari, 2.Kameswari, 3.Bhagamalini, 4.Nityaklinna,
5.Bherunda, 6.Vanhivasini, 7.Maha Vajreswari, 8.Shivadooti (Roudri), 9.Twarita,
10.Kulasundari, 11.Nitya, 12.Neelapataka, 13.Vijaya, 14.Sarvamangala,
15.Jwalamalini and 16.Chidroopa (Chitra). Out of these, the first one, Maha
Tripura Sundari is the Devi Para Shakti herself, and hence the kala ruled by her is
not visible to the normal mortals. Hence we see only the other 15 kalas or phases
ruled by the other nityas. In the Sri Chakra these 15 nityas are present in the
innermost circle, and the Devi is in the central bundu.
These 15 Nityas rule the famous 15 letters Devi mantra known as
Panchadasakshari Mantra: Ka E Aie La Hreem Ha Sa Ka Ha La Hreem Sa Ka La
Hreem
These 15 Nityas in the form of the 15 Tithis (Phases) have two aspects each -
Prakashamsa, which rules the day portion of the Tithi, and Vimarshamsa, which
rules the night part of the Tithi. At night they collect the divine nectar and during
the day they release it.
On Poornima or full moon day all the 15 Nityas are in the moon and the moon is
shining brightly. On the 1st Thithi after the Poornima, i.e., Pratipada, one Nitya
leaves the moon and goes to the sun and the moon is reduced slightly in size. On
the next Dwiteeya Tithi another Nitya leaves the moon and goes to the sun and the
moon is further reduced in size. This way they leave one by one till the moon
becomes totally dark on the 15th day, which is called Amavasya or the new moon
day. This is known as Krishna Paksha or the waning phase. After Amavasya they
return one by one on each Tithi and the moon starts shining again till its full on the
Poornima when the last Nitya returns to it. This is called Shukla Paksha.

I am not against Hindu Mythology, Hindu cosmology or Hindu Astronomy matter of fact I studied many Hindu scriptures like vedas, Purans, Upnishads and many holy books like Shrimad Bhagwat Gita and Ramayan and Maha Bharat.
And you will surprise to know that these all scriptures and books are in my personal library along with many books on Mantra, Tantra, and yantra including some Islamic tantric books!!! names of these books are 'LAL KITAB' 'FAKIRI MANTRA, PIRANI MANTRA"( MANY READERS MAY BE UNAWARE ABOUT THESE BOOKS) these books are loaded with Islamic faals and Japs, it is nothing wrong to read these kind books but please not practice on it, it is HARMFUL TO YOU AND OTHER IN LONG RUN [/quote]you probably remember that I wrote in my earlier post that it is ok for some and I am one of them, so basically what I did was just draw your kind attention , nothing else, no hard feeling e.t.c., I really appreciate for your second link and I encourage you to put more and more your comments in this website.
