Please stop bombarding all the Forums

Post by GhulamAly »

I would like to make a gentle request to Mr kMaherali to please stop bombarding the forums with pages upon pages upon pages of articles. It's becoming quite tedious having to wade through the forums looking for discussions on thoughts and ideas based upon individual opinions and not from the media. I must agree that some of the articles are interesting and hold valuable insight, however perhaps he should consider setting up a blog and post those articles in his blog. Then all he needs to do is just include some introductory comments in his post with a URL to the same article on his blogsite. That way if a reader is interested in pursuing the post they can read the full article on his blog.

Thank you for your feedback and input. I do not pick up any article at random and post it. I only choose those articles which have value and which illuminate the narratives around some key themes. I believe these articles are well received as reflected in the number of hits generated for the respective threads.

If however you do not like them, you are free to avoid them. There are many many threads which do not have articles and you are free to go there and add your own comments if you have any.....

there's a saying:

"Har che began-dad nam'makash me'za-nand, wa'i ba rooz'e ke began'dad nam'mak"

FYI, S/He's the moderator.

Wrong he is not the moderator, he is only one of the many contributor and the articles are useful and to the subject. He is not even the oldest member on this board though he is the most appreciated one.

@Admin:

Did you actually understand, A) What did I mean by that saying? B) That this member, who keeps bombarding the forums by copying and pasting, joint early 2003 (Which i think is way senior than OP and/or I. C) his name appears as the moderator.

Besides, he could simply provide the link, and in my humble opinion that should suffice, as apposed to flooding all the forums / threads. Wouldn't you agree? It would be even better, if S/He could provide his/her view point regarding the topic.

The links can easily get redundant for many reasons and hence we can lose important information. As I said before, I do not post articles at random. They reflect the topic of the respective threads and hence nothing more need to be commented upon. For example, I posted an article on the thread: World Food Crisis today. The topic of the article clearly relates to the thread and nothing more needs to be commented about it. Where I have felt a comment is necessary I do make it.
