I got this in my email && don't know the author but it is very inspiring.. ::
**T A S B I H**
I carry a tasbih in my pocket
A simple reminder to me,
Of the fact that I am an Ismaili,
No matter where I may be.
This little tasbih is not magic,
Nor is it a good luck charm,
It isn't meant to protect me,
From every physical harm.
It's not for identification,
For all t he world to see,
It's simply an understanding,
Between my Mowla and me.
When I put my hand in my pocket,
To bring out a coin or a key,
The tasbih is there to remind me,
Of words He always said to me.
A Tasbih reminds me, too, to be thankful,
For His blessings day by day,
And to serve Jamat better,
In all that I do and say.
It's also a dail y reminder,
Of peace and comfort I share,
With all who know my Mowla,
And give themselves to His care.
So I carry a tasbih in my pocket,
Reminding no
one but me,
That Karim is Mowla of my life.
