Are these Hadith or verses from those ten parts of Quran!

"MIN KUNTUM MOWLA WAALIUN MOWLA" which means jis ka me mowla hu us ka Aly mowla hai and ME ILM KA SHEHAR HU OR ALY MERA DARWAZA HAI" are these verses from those ten parts of Quran or sayings of Muhammed (p.b.u.h)

These are Hadith Khursi which means Words of Allah but which were addresses to the Prophet [PBUH] and were not integrated to the Quran compilation.
