I was told by some elder ismailis that during morning jamat khanas all the ruhani (deceased) spriits come down to erath and pray for us/with us and that is why we have services so early in the morning, is this true?

Also, a few years back on this site their was a list of jamat khanas in diffrent nations along with the addresses, does anyone know where I can find them?
Morning Jamat Khana
There is a verse from the Ginan "Uthh bethare kiyaare sutaa" which states:
khatt ghaddee to peechhalee jaago, cheto muneevar bhaaee;
sarag bhavan thee huraa aavee,
nur naa peeyaalaa laaee...teraa molaa.............................2
Keep awake during the last watches of the night and reflect, o brother believer. From heaven's abode the houris have come, bringing vessels of light.
