is p.b.s majlis is equal to the hajj
and is ismaili is allow to go on hajj

In Ismailism, making Hajj is really going on a journey to visit the Imam. To a lesser extend, Hajj is also when you attend Jamatkhana.
Ismailies are of course allowed to go to the Shariati Hajj in Arabia if they want to , but it is not required.
