dubai seems to be growing rapidly and many ismailis have moved in or have reserved condos/houses which are being built (my father and 3 of his brothers have already bought places there which will be soon completed)
are there any more jks being planned for dubai or is the one being built in a central location?

As you may know that land ownership is not allowed to non native of UAE that limits it to the native 500 families. However, one can lease an area or buildings or condos/houses. The Land is only gifted by the prices of UAEs. The Dubai JK lad was gifted to The Imam. The new JK in Dubai will be ready July 2006. <BR><BR><BR>u can now own land in dubai, in the downtown dubai or new dubai areas...however the o­nly jamat khana being built at present is the Dubai Ismaili Centre.
