When you sit in Meditation at least one hour every day, when in process ( may be take years) guide you to do so and so there certain things you have to refrain from doing some undesirable things to proceed further.
When you are in peace of mind, it guides you further to ask for forgiveness of your sins which committed knowingly or unknowingly or intentionally or unintentionally.
There certain sins which takes years of process to be deleted and believe me this process is very very slow and it may take years.
You are in Meditation practice for years, you have to keep repeating forgiveness request and day by day you have to go humble, kind, merciful, and compassionate. These are the signs of progress. guide you further in your Meditation process.
Your real happiness will be when sit in Meditation for hours and you don't realize how your time is flying with no fatigue at all.
It is so beautiful process to learn and earn Spiritual enlightenment but you need a Spiritual Guide. May be in process you will ask me where can I find a Spiritual Guide? I am sorry for that I have no answer to give.
In Meditation you need years of practice and unless you observe some changes in you and you realize that I am here for some purpose, you benefit out of it.

You are in Meditation practice for years, you have to keep repeating forgiveness request and day by day you have to go humble, kind, merciful, and compassionate. These are the signs of progress. guide you further in your Meditation process.
Your real happiness will be when sit in Meditation for hours and you don't realize how your time is flying with no fatigue at all.
It is so beautiful process to learn and earn Spiritual enlightenment but you need a Spiritual Guide. May be in process you will ask me where can I find a Spiritual Guide? I am sorry for that I have no answer to give.
In Meditation you need years of practice and unless you observe some changes in you and you realize that I am here for some purpose, you benefit out of it.
