No, there is no Jamatkhana in Cairo, Egypt. Infact there are no Ismailis living there.

No known Nizari Ismaili leaving there.

But there are Bohra Musteali Ismailis leaving there. They pray in the al-Hakim Mosque if you go there a Friday around 6 pm you'll see many of them in white robe, speaking gujarati...
