YAM, Hello, I wanted to inquire about someone who I believe to be in
Singapore right now. His name is Noordin Jewani, and his nickname is
"Cheena." He is a white and Phillipino mix, short and about 45 years old.
He was born in Burma. The last I heard of him, he was in Bombay, India in 1990.
Then it seems like he disappeared. In the mid-nineties I heard he was residing in Goa, India. I was in Pakistan last year and someone mentioned he was in Singapore.
Please help me out, this is my wife's brother and I want clarification of his whereabouts and any assistance
