I am a Shia Muslim and I need some clarification

I am a Shia Muslim and I have been with too many Ismailies people for a long time and still I have so many friends who belong to you.I believe in open minded discussion rather to blame and expressing shits.I have asked some questions to my friends but their replies never been satisfactory. My questions are very simple

1) From Quran and Hadees of Rasool (S.A.W.W) clearly expressed that the Imams will be 12 after Rasool(S.A.W.W) and the last will be Mehdi (A.S),All will be from Banu Hashim.( this hadees is present in most of the Sunni Hadees Books and all of Shia Hadees Books) so why you are following a number if imams?

2) For Salat( Namaz) there is clearly mentioned 5 times( Fajjaz,Zuhar,Asar,Maghrib,Isha) than there was provided some relaxation on two salats by Prophet that you can offer Zuhar with Asar and MAghrib with Isha. And in Quran there is clearly mentioned by God that whenever you have to offer namaz than stand in the direction of Qibla) Baitullah). Also there is a clear evidence of Azaan. But in your religion we found all things missing.we never heard Azaan sound,we never see that ismailies are following Qibla direction rules and I never seen any ismaili who is offering namaz according to Rasool ( SAWW).Instead i found them just praying and reading some verses without prostration and other rules.

3) Parda for women has been mandatory in all previous shariyats and Rasool ( SAWW) and his true khalifas also strictly implemented the rule.In quran there is clearly markings on Parda. But Aga Khan does not provide any strcitness on this.while i found his speec on you tube where he was saying to his followers to adopt the culture of country where they are living. Thus i found no parda restriction in your society.Even in your jamat khana i found women are going with open hairs and with make ups.

4) I have asked from many ismailies, they clearly told that Roza( Fasting) is not mandatory in the month of Ramadan for you people. While In quran there is clearly mentioned about the wajibaat of Roza and all previous ummahas had been following the God's way.

5) Similar case with beard. It has been mandatory for Islam but even your Imam is clean shaven.I think in near to him religion rules are just for past days.

6) I did not understand the reason of his "deedar" I have read many books of religion and Islamic history but did not found such an example..Can you provide any example of this type of deedar from Rasool's era? or even from the era of Hazarat Ali,Imam hussain,Imam Hassan,Imam Zainul abideen,Imam Baqar,Imam Jafar?what is the reason of this practice? also i do not understand the presence of picture of your imam in your followers home, shops and in their pockets. Can you give example from the era of Imam Ali that people used to have their pictures?even their followers had spread far most regions.

I have lots more questions..I think if you can provide answers to me,than i will ask another ones.
Regards,
Sahil Zameer.

Shahil,
Your all questions has been discussed in this forum many times please search it and read it, if you still not satisfy with the answer please put it here so some one may give you right answer.
About the Namaz You can not find word "Namaz" in Quran anywhere but word 'SALAT' has been used instead in Quran, it is only quoted 3 times to pray "Salat" in quran not 5 times.
