India - Divorce with consent of both thru Courts or Council?

Hello Everyone,<BR>I am in the process of filing for divorce in India and was not sure how to go about it. My wife and I are seperating with mutual consent and would not like to fight for anything. We have settled the terms of consent and have drawn up a document listing these terms. Now, how do I go about getting the divorce? File a petition in the Family Court in India or approach the Ismaili Council? any help will be greatly appreciated. <BR>Bye<BR>
