Mosque in the Jamat Khana Compound
Wanted to know if it is in accordance to our faith?, that some one built a mosque in the Jamatkhana comopound. in Kabul i noticed that a mosque is built by our ismaili brothers in the compound of the Principle Jamatkhana, and using a separate entrance gate for those who come there to Pray Namaz. the Mullah ( who is an ismaili )gives Azan... 5 times and most of our ismaili bros go there for prayer than going to Jamatkhana.

I dont think it is appropriate to built mosque in Jamat Khana and recite 5 times namaz there. It is very inappropriate to perform those ceremonies in Jamat Khana, which are not related to Ismailism.
How some one will feel, if any Ismaili this day will recite dua composed by Pir Sadardin instead of Arabic dua? Then the namaz is much more older prayer as compare to the dua composed by Pir Sadardin. It should of understood that the way of prayer was different in times of different Prophets and now we should say only Dua, which is our prayer.
However if it is from/by permission of Imam, then its no problem whether it is temple, church or mosque inside Jamat Khana. If you will visit Darkhana Jamat Khana in India, there is mimbar of Hazrat Abbas in compound of Jamat Khana. Non ismaili Shia muslims also come there to do manat and prayers. It is said that, it was asked to Imam Sultan Mohamed Shah (and I think again to Hazir Imam also) to remove this from Jamat Khana but Imam said not to do that and hence it is still there till today.
