Fate: Energies of the Hidden Past Working in the Present

Hard fate is the name given to that unseen force which brings
unpleasant experiences and tests one's patience, and in which the man
concerned is inclined to believe that he deserved much better fate than
he obtained. There is no such thing as accident or chance or fate or
luck in life excepting the results of one's own previous actions
which have all these appellations.
Every thought, desire, imagination, sentiment causes reaction. Virtue
brings its own reward; vice brings its own punishment. This is the
working of the law of reaction. God neither punishes the wicked nor
rewards the virtuous. It is their own Karmas that bring reward and punishment.

I thought about sharing it but I wasn't sure which was the right section so I posted it here.

I agree with it but hopefully someone will put more light on it.

As Sayyad Muhammed Shah Dule so eloquently put it:

"Dosh Dayalji Ku Kiyun Kar dijiye
Karme Likhiya so hi paave"

Why lay blame on the Merciful Lord,
One only gets what's written in one's Karma".

There are many threads on 'Karma' in this forum. You can search them by clicking the 'search' link above and typing the word 'karma'. In particular, the thread: 'Doctrines --> does Islam believe in Karma' is noteworthy.
