Is the 23rd (Lailatul Qadar) on Thursday (4th Oct) evening or Friday (5th Oct) evening?

Lailatul Qadr is on Thursday, October 4.

Keep in mind that in the Islamic Calendar the date changes at 6 pm in the evening. therefore a new date starts on the evening of the 6th.
Thursday is the 22nd Rojo, but the night is the 23rd Night.

Tonight is 23rd night in Western Europe is it same in Asia like India and Pakistan?
