While it is clear from the perspective of Quran, that there's no five times prayer prescribed by Quran and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) teached how to perform Namaz.
But is it true that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) at that time told people to recite Namaz 5 times a day or after him people started to recite Namaz 5 times on their own ?
Or it was from the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), that people should recite 3 times prayers ?
We know now many Hadiths are manipulated so I trust only this website regarding Islamic knowledge.
